ACCG Training Programs

Training Program development begins with a needs evaluation. Once completed the training program should contain enough information for the student to perform his job function. To much information can hinder learning and student completion success. Clearly a world wide jet operator would have a much larger program than that of a domestic piston operator.

Flight Training Profile Development

Flight Event Descriptions (commonly called profiles or flight maneuvers and procedures document) are required to meet the following FAA guidelines:

  • Must be provided for each training program.
  • Should follow the guidelines in FAA Order 8400.10, volume 3, chapter 2, section 2;
  • Are accepted only as an integral part of the overall training program subject to the revision provisions of 14 CFR § 142.37(e) and (f);
  • Must comply with all limitations of the AFM or RFM; and
  • Must comply with and be consistent with requirements and conditions of the PTS and 14 CFR.
